Parent/Carer Fitness Classes

At BADU, not only do we value the well-being of our young people but the families they come from as well. Holding events and activities that parents can be a part of is very important to us as they are a crucial part of the communities we work with and want to help. Our Saturday fitness classes are perfect for bringing our families together and giving them a chance to let off some steam with our boxercise and yoga classes. As we run our classes at the same time as our football centre sessions, parents and carers can get involved in activity while their children do too.


Boxercise - Parent/Carer Fitness

Our upbeat boxercise sessions are a great and fun way to work up a sweat. During our boxercise sessions, you use your whole body to get a full cardio workout. They are also an excellent way of reducing anxiety and stress. No matter what your ability level is we welcome everyone who is eager to have fun and work on improving their physical fitness.


Yoga - Parent/Carer Fitness

If you’re looking for a more relaxed and centred session then yoga is perfect for you. Delivered by a qualified instructor, our yoga classes bring a sense of calm where our participants focus on strength, flexibility and breathing in a stress-free zone. Yoga is great for both physical and mental wellbeing, and just like boxercise is a great activity for people of all ages and abilities.
