Where do I sign my child up for a camp or clubs?

 

You can now book your child in for any of our camps and clubs on Coordinate Sport. All of our camps and clubs are available to book in one place so that you can have a look at the other activities we offer in case you’re interested. Use this link to find out more:

How can I pay for activities/camps?

 

All our payments for our activities and camps are taken online through Coordinate Sport.

 

Do you offer sibling discounts?

 

Yes. All further information for sibling discounts will be available on our camp leaflets.

 

Are there social worker discounts for children in care?

Do all staff have DBS checks?

 

Every member of staff is DBS checked before they are permitted to work for Badu Sports/Community. Our staff are also trained in trauma-informed practice and have mental health first aid training.

 

Is Badu OFSTED registered?

 

Badu is not currently OFSTED registered.

 

Do you take Childcare Vouchers?

 

Currently, we do not accept Childcare Vouchers for clubs and camps. However, we are working towards this for the future.

 

Does BADU offer one-to-one support?

 

Yes. We offer one-to-one support in schools. The schools we work in identify these students for Badu coaches to work with.

 

 Are Covid-19 precautions taken?

 

Badu staff operate within government guidelines and are required to be tested twice a week to minimise the spread of Covid-19.

 

All our staff are equipped with masks and hand sanitiser before their sessions begin. Coaches are not required to wear masks when coaching outdoors but are when coaching indoors. We have a very strict PPE policy that adheres to government guidelines and ensures the protection of the young people we encounter.
